That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. M. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1101 dated February 6, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 1, 1997: Tax lot 2000, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 4 1, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, east of River Road, north and west of River Loop #2, south of Limerick Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit L attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. N. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. o. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1104 dated April 3, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 21, 1997: Tax lots 1300 and 1400, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 4 3, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, north of West Anchor Drive, east of River Road, south of Irvington Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit N attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
