<br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council proposes that the territory bounded by the line running as <br />follows, which has heretofore been annexed to the City of Eugene, shall be withdrawn from the <br />River Road Water District and River Road Parks & Recreation District: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 3200, Assessor's Map 17-04-14 1 4, located in the River <br />Road area of north Eugene, north of Hamilton and south of Kourt, <br />and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. (Clarenbach, EC ED 97-25). <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Tax Lot 1402, Assessor's Map 17-04-142 3, located in the River <br />Road area of north Eugene, south of Bushnell Lane and northeast <br />of Labona Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit B <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Senger, EC <br />ED 97-31). <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Tax Lot 1000, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 4 4, located in the River <br />Road area of north Eugene, north of Knoop Lane, east of Chestnut <br />Avenue, west of Walnut Avenue, and more particularly described <br />on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />(Eschliman, EC ED 97-24). <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Tax Lot 2500, Assessor's Map 17-04-25 2 2, located in the River <br />Road area of north Eugene, north of Hansen and east of Knapp <br />Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference.
