NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: Section 1. The City Council proposes that the territory bounded by the line running as follows, which has heretofore been annexed to the City of Eugene, shall be withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & Recreation District: Tax Lot 3200, Assessor's Map 17-04-14 1 4, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, north of Hamilton and south of Kourt, and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Clarenbach, EC ED 97-25). and Tax Lot 1402, Assessor's Map 17-04-142 3, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, south of Bushnell Lane and northeast of Labona Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Senger, EC ED 97-31). and Tax Lot 1000, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 4 4, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, north of Knoop Lane, east of Chestnut Avenue, west of Walnut Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Eschliman, EC ED 97-24). and Tax Lot 2500, Assessor's Map 17-04-25 2 2, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, north of Hansen and east of Knapp Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
