The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. J. (Phillips, EC ED 97-83). That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. K. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated December 29, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective December 29, 1997: Tax Lot 4300, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 4 1, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, south of Park Avenue and east of Walnut Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit K attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
