The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. F. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated October 27, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective October 27, 1997: Tax Lot 100 Assessor's Map 17-04-23 4 1, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, north of north of Sunnyside Avenue and south of Elkay Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Fleck, EC ED 97-63). That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. G. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated November 3, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 3, 1997: Tax Lot 7600, Assessor's Map 17-04-24 2 3, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, north of Elkay Road and east of Hoover Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit G attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Hawkins, EC ED 97-68). That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. H. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated December 1, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective December 1, 1997: Tax Lot 300, Assessor's Map 17-04-15 1 0, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, north of Bushnell Lane and south of Belt1ine Road, and more particularly described on Exhibit H attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Gaudette, EC ED 97-78). That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River Road Parks & Recreation District.
