The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1114 dated August 7, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 22, 1997: Tax lot 405, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 4 1, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, north of River Loop, west of Scenic Drive, south of Dublin Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit 0 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Cook, C ED 97-46). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. R The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated November 4, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective August 19, 1997: Tax lot 1300, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 1 4, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, east of River Road, north and east of Dublin Avenue and east of Scenic Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit P attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Presley, EC ED 97-51). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. Q. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1115 dated October 9, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 24, 1997: Tax lot 103, Assessor's Map 17-04-12 2 0, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, south of River Loop No. 1 and east of Admiral Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit Q attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Andersen, C ED 97-56). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. R.
