Tax lot 102, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 1 2, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, north of Spring Creek Drive, west of Scenic Drive, south of Calumet Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit R attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Anderson Development, C ED 97-58). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. s. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1120 dated December 4, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective January 20, 1998: Tax lots 2300, 2400, and 2500 Assessor's Map 17-04-11 1 3, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, west of River Road, north of West Myoak Drive, south of Ferndale Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit S attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Meier, C ED 97-74). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. T. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1118 dated December 4, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective January 20, 1998: A portion of tax lot 6400, Assessor's Map 17-04-10 1 2, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, east of Arrowhead Street, south of Spearmint Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit T attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Shephard, C ED 97-72). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. u.
