The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. BB. The City has authority under ORS 199.510 and 222.520 to 222.575 to withdraw the territories from the Districts without referring the withdrawals to the Boundary Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: Section 1. The City Council proposes that the territory bounded by the line running as follows, which has heretofore been annexed to the City of Eugene, shall be withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & Recreation District: Tax Lot 4500, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 4 1, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Park Avenue, east of W alnut Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
