Clara area of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Ferndale Drive, west of Quiet Lane, east of Oak Leaf Drive, north of Federal Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit X attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Graham, EC ED 98-50). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. Y. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1139, dated August 6, 1998, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 4, 1998: Tax Lot 1700, Assessor's Map 17-04-12 3 3 located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, west of Stark Street, south of Bobolink Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit Y attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Scott C ED 98-44). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. z. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated December 28, 1998, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.463 and ORS 199.452(1), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective December 21, 1998: Tax Lot 700, Assessor's Map 17-04-1230 located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, east of River Road, north of Ware Lane, east of Summer Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit Z attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Gibson, EC ED 98-61). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. AA.
