Conditions, such as <br />additional right-of-way or easements to accommo- <br />date amenities, inclusion of designated park and <br />ride areas, and provisions for on-site transit vehicle <br />circulation may also be recommended by LTD. <br /> <br />10) When a developer is required to provide a <br />passenger shelter or other passenger amen ity, he <br />or she pays the initial cost of construction and <br />installation. Lane Transit District is responsible <br />for maintenance. A developer can choose to: <br /> <br />a) Construct h is or her own shelter, with <br />plans subject to review and approval by LTD, <br /> <br />b) Contact with the manufacturer of Lane <br />Transit District's standard transit shelter for <br />construction and installation, or <br /> <br />c) Pay.
