<br />Section 2. <br /> <br />To the extent the user categories established and defined in Resolution Nos. <br /> <br />3442,3475,3800,4017,4034 and 4454 conflict with those in Exhibits A and B hereto, those prior <br /> <br />categories are repealed. Except as amended or repealed herein, the unamended portions of those <br /> <br />Resolutions remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Future adjustments to the user categories established herein and additions to, <br /> <br />or removal from, Residency status shall be made by Administrative Order of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted this 23rd day of April, 2001. <br /> <br />'- ~ ~, <br /> <br />Deputy City Recorder <br /> <br />Resolution - 2 <br />
