The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated September 19,2001, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 19,2001. Tax Lot 4000, Assessor's Map 17-04-14-43, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Howard Avenue, north of Horn Lane, west of Oak Drive, east of Lake Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit I attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Zabel, EC ED 01-29) That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. J. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated October 11,2001, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective October 9, 2001. Tax Lot 5100, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-41, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Park Avenue, east of Chestnut Drive, north of Knoop Lane and more particularly described on Exhibit J attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (O'Bryant, EC ED 01-42) That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. K. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1180 dated June 7, 2001, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)( c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 23,2001. Tax Lot 100, Assessor's Map 17-04-12-30, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of River Road, north of Hunsaker Lane, east of Echo Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit K attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Homolka, C ED 01-16) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District.
