That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. F. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated August 7,2001, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective June 18, 2001. Tax Lots 800 and 1200, Assessor's Map 17-04-14-32, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, north of Maxwell Road, east of Bushnell Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated September 19,2001, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 19, 2001. Tax Lot 1700, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-13, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, west of Fairway Drive, north of West Hilliard Lane, east of North Park Avenue and more particularly described on Exhibit H attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
