<br />210 Single-Family Dwelling I Duplex <br />Single-family detached housing includes all single-family/duplex detached homes on individual <br />lots. <br /> <br />250 Senior Housing Development - Multi-Unit <br />Retirement communities - restricted to adults or senior citizens - contain residential units <br />similar to apartments or condominiums, and they are usually self-contained villages. They may <br />also contain special services such as medical facilities, dining facilities, and some limited, <br />supporting retail facilities. [Combines ITE use codes 250 retirement community and 253 elderly <br />housing - attached.] <br /> <br />. 251 Senior Housing Development - Detached Unit <br />Detached housing, restricted to senior citizens, which contains residential units similar to single- <br />family housing. Is sometimes a self-contained village. Special services such as medical <br />facilities, dining facilities, and some limited, supporting retail facilities may be provided. <br /> <br />252 Senior Assisted Living Care Development - Multi-Unit <br />This congregate care category typically consists of one or more multi-unit buildings designed <br />for senior citizen living. The development may also contain dining rooms, medical facilities, and <br />recreational facilities. <br /> <br />310 Hotel <br />Hotels are places of lodging that provide sleeping accommodations, restaurants, cocktail <br />lounges, meeting and banquet rooms or convention facilities, and other retail and service <br />shops. Some of the sites included in this use category are actually large motels providing the <br />facilities of a hotel. <br /> <br />320 Motel <br />Motels are places of lodging that provide sleeping accommodations and often a restaurant. <br />Motels generally offer free on-site parking and provide little or no meeting space. <br /> <br />411 City Park <br />City parks are owned and operated by a city and may vary widely as to location, type, and <br />number of facilities. Seasonal use of the individual sites differs widely as a result of the varying <br />facilities and local conditions (i.e. weather). <br /> <br />430 Golf Course <br />The golf courses contained in this use code include municipal courses and private country <br />clubs. Some site have driving ranges and clubhouses with a pro shop and/or restaurant, <br />lounge, and banquet facilities. Many of the municipal courses do not have any of these <br />facilities. <br /> <br />435 Multipurpose Recreational Facility <br />Multipurpose recreational facilities contain two or more of the following uses combined at one <br />site: miniature golf, batting cages, video arcade, bumper carts, go-carts, and golf driving <br />ranges. Other ancillary facilities and refreshment areas may also be provided. <br /> <br />443 Movie Theater <br />Movie theaters consist of audience seating, single or multiple screens and auditoriums, a lobby, <br />and a refreshment stand.
