The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice <br />dated October 26, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the <br />following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September <br />5, 1995: <br /> <br />Tax Lots 3700 and 3701, Assessor's Map 17-04-25 2 2, located <br />in the southern portion of the River Road area of North <br />Eugene, west of River Road, north of Crocker Lane, and South <br />of Hansen Lane, as more particularly described on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Stiffler, <br />EC ED 95-81). <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the <br />River Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be <br />withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part <br />of the Districts so withdrawn. <br /> <br />B. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice <br />dated October 25, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the <br />following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective August 28, <br />1995: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 3400, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 4 2, located in the <br />western portion of the River Road area of North Eugene, west <br />of Glory Drive, north of the Northwest Expressway, and south <br />of Elkay Drive, as more particularly described on Exhibit B <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Resolution - 1 <br />
