The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. c. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated August 14, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 7, 1995: Tax Lot 3000 (part) and 3100, Assessor's Map 17-04-25 22, and Tax Lot 7301, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-4 4, located in the southwestern part of the River Road area of North Eugene, east of the Northwest Expressway, south of Knapp Lane, and northwest of Hansen Lane, as more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated August 14, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 10, 1995: Tax Lot 1900, Assessor's Map 17-04-13 23, located in the River Road area east of River Road, and north of Owosso Drive, as more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. E. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated August 29, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 17, 1995: Tax Lot 1001, Assessor's Map 17-04-14 2 3, located in the northern portion of the River Road area, west of River Road, east of Bushnell Lane, and north of Maxwell Road, as more particularly described on Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
