described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 28, 1995: Tax Lot 106, Assessor's Map 18-03-03 0 0, located east of the Laurel Hill area of Eugene, south and west of 1-5, and south of Henderson Avenue, as more particularly described on Exhibit o attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Coast Resources, Inc., EC ED 94-43). That property is contained in and is a part of the Willamalane Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. :R The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 993 dated April 7, 1994, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 23, 1994: Tax Lots 2600 and 2603, Assessor's Map 17-04-03 4 0, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, along Irvington Drive near Lancaster Drive and Tyson Lane, as more particularly described on Exhibit P attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Peterson, C ED 94-16). That property is contained in and is a part of the Junction Water Control District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. Q. The City has authority under ORS 199.510 and 222.520 to 222.575 to withdraw the territories from the Districts without referring the withdrawal to the Boundary Commission. NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: Section 1. The City Council proposes that the territories bounded by the lines running as follows, which have heretofore been annexed to the City of Eugene, shall be withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & Recreation District: Tax Lots 3700 and 3701, Assessor's Map 17-04-25 2 2, located in the southern portion of the River Road area of North Eugene, west of River Road, north of Crocker Lane, and South of Hansen Lane, as more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
