The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1053 dated August 3, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 18, 1995: Tax Lot 2301, Assessor's Map 17-04-111 4, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, east of River Road, North of Banton Avenue, and west of Camrose Street, as more particularly described on Exhibit L attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Ziebert, C ED 95-65). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. M. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1055 dated October 5, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 20, 1995: Tax Lot 1200, Assessor's Map 17-04-11 2 3, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, south of Bobolink Avenue and west of Stark Street, as more particularly described on Exhibit M attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Hackleman, C ED 95-77). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1057 dated December 7, 1995, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective January 22, 1996: Tax Lot 1409, Assessor's Map 17-04-11 3 1, located in the Santa Clara area of North Eugene, west of Ferndale Road, north of Irving Road, and east of Cassinia Court, as more particularly described on Exhibit N attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
