<br />that will be ADA accessible immediately upon completion of the project, and <br />three units (two 2-bedroom and one I-bedroom) on themain floor that will be <br />adaptable to ADA accessible standards, providing a possible six ADA <br />accessible units out of the 53 total units; enhancement of neighborhood <br />amenities through development of and provision of landscaping; and will <br />provide covered automobile parking with 40 parking spaces and plentiful <br />bicycle storage and parking. The applicant shall pay the low income housing <br />fee, which during years three through ten of the exemption period, will <br />generate $6,490 annually for the City's low income housing fund. <br /> <br />Section 2. Except as herein corrected, all other provisions of Resolution No. 4472 <br />remain in full force and effect, and the City Recorder is requested to append a copy of this <br />Resolution thereto. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Manager, or the Manager's designee, is requested to forward a <br />copy of this Resolution to the applicant, and to the other taxing districts affected hereby <br />within ten days from the date hereof, and to cause a copy of this Resolution to be filed with <br />the Lane County Assessor. <br />:1h <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted the 11- day of May, 1996. <br /> <br />tt - ~"7 <br /> <br />r City Recorder <br /> <br />Resolution - 2 <br />
