vehicles, thus encouraging the use of public transit as a <br />transportation mode. <br />(j) Where appropriate, the street system and its <br />infrastructure should be utilized as an opportunity to <br />convey and treat storm water runoff. <br /> <br />Policies contained in Chapter 2 of the 2035 TSP <br />address extensions of existing streets; connections to <br />existing or planned streets, including arterials and <br />collectors, as well as connections to neighborhood <br />destinations. The pedestrian and bicycle projects <br />noted in Chapters 4 and 5 also provide connections to <br />neighborhood destinations. <br /> <br />Chapter 5 of the TSP includes the planned roadway <br />facilities and associated costs.
