corridor performances and costs based on realistic, <br />previously completed corridors with enhances transit <br />service; therefore, the deferral of a decision on specific <br />corridor improvements does not invalidate the <br />assumptions upon which the TSP is based or preclude <br />implementation of the remainder of the TSP. <br /> <br />No new findings will be needed to resolve issues <br />deferred to these studies. There is no need to set a <br />deadline for adoption of a plan amendment based on <br />the outcome of these studies because the 2035 TSP is <br />self-sufficient without the results of these studies. <br /> <br />OAR 660-012-0030 Determination of Transportation Needs <br /> <br />(1) The TSP shall identify transportation needs <br />Chapter 3 and Appendix A (Existing Conditions) <br />relevant to the planning area and the scale of <br />document the Existing Conditions Inventory and <br />the transportation network being planned <br />Analysis.
