Resource Guide. <br /> <br />Go to something more spiritual - common connection with others. Picnic - something to <br />create sense of community for those here today, then invite others. <br /> <br />Town Hall, ice cream social. <br /> <br />Been coming to those meetings for years. How do we strengthen our bond? <br /> <br />Don’t know lots of people in room - groups coming together. Informal. Not sitting in <br />groups spilling our guts. <br /> <br />Do believe having more training is important. Maybe not just have training with police <br />and City - us - more diverse. People from community. Different people together. Don’t <br />give it up. <br /> <br />Teachers, business leaders, religious leaders, leaders from different community <br /> <br />City sponsor major diversity training for business leaders. <br /> <br />Study circle - does relationship piece <br /> <br />Make things available - publicize them <br /> <br />City newsletters - neighborhood newsletters - utilize that for things appending here. <br /> <br />Diversity of neighborhood groups - wonder if representatives. Media role here. Recently <br />City reaffirmed commitment to immigrant rights.
