Oregon's <br />MPOs include: Bend, Central Lane, Corvallis, Portland Metro, <br />Rogue Valley, and Salem/Keizer. <br /> <br />Transit districts <br /> <br />The process for selecting new construction projects in metropolitan <br />areas is a cooperative process between the MPO and ODOT.
