(2) Building Height. Within the/EC East Campus Overlay Zone, a <br /> building within 60 feet of an R-1 Low Density Residential zone <br /> shall not exceed 30 feet in height. All other buildings shall not <br /> exceed 45 feet in height. <br /> <br /> Section 6. Subsection (4) of Section 9.8865 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is <br />amended by adding a new subparagraph (I) thereto and relettering the current <br />subparagraphs (I) and (m) to (m) and (o), to provide: <br /> <br />9.8865 Zone Change Approval Criteria.
