Testimony, Eugene City Council Public Hearing, 2/23//04 Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />An apparently untouchable structure is the ugly box, once a church, now a storage unit for the <br />University! Yes, storage is needed, but why in the middle of our neighborhood where outdoor space, or <br />even a parking structure to keep parking off residential streets, could replace that eyesore.
