Mr. Braud said that would depend on the definition of"available for development" and <br />whether that included greenfields, property for sale or unoccupied, or other characteristics. He noted that <br />an industrial lands study would be conducted that would collect that type of information. <br /> <br />Ms. Ortiz stated that she would support the main motion. She emphasized the need for better-paying jobs <br />that helped people achieve economic self-sufficiency by providing a viable alternative to public <br />assistance.
