Punishes by maximum of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. Expands crime <br /> of first degree animal abuse to include certain actions relating to assistance animals. Modifies <br /> grounds for civil cause of action for damages arising from certain acts involving assistance <br /> animals. Classifies dog that, without provocation, injures, disables or causes death of assistance <br /> animal as public nuisance. Changes description of premises for purposes of statutes describing <br /> HB 2022 3 Support/Am dog as public nuisance. Increases fine for certain nuisances involving dogs. 2/11 <br /> Requires water supplier serving more than 10,000 people to fluoridate water supply. Allows <br /> certain water suppliers to receive state financial assistance for initial costs of fluoridation. <br /> Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Department of Human Services for reimbursing water <br /> HB 2025 2 Oppose suppliers for initial costs of fluoridation. 0/00 <br /> Clarifies provisions regarding public funds, pool managers, depository banks and custodian <br /> HB 2033 3 Support banks. 1/25 <br /> Authorizes deposit of public moneys into financial institutions outside Oregon in specified <br /> circumstances.
