Declares emergency, effective on <br /> HB 2123 3 Neutral passage. 3/09 <br /> Requires Director of Employment Department, when one employer transfers trade or business to <br /> another employer, to recalculate tax rates of employers based on transfer of unemployment <br /> experience attributable to transferred trade or business. Prohibits person from engaging in activity <br /> to transfer or acquire trade or business solely or primarily for purpose of obtaining lower tax rate. <br /> Prohibits person from advising another person about such activity. Provides civil and criminal <br /> HB 2124 3 Monitor penalties. 2/11 <br /> Authorizes State Department of Agriculture to develop and administer program to educate urban <br /> residents regarding noncommercial pesticide use. Authorizes department to coordinate pesticide <br /> program information gathering and utilization.
