2005 LegisLative Session IGR Committee Bill Approval April 11, 2005 <br /> <br /> Directs Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board to allocate moneys deposited into Watershed <br /> Improvement Operating Fund and Watershed Improvement Grant Fund to various state agencies <br /> to implement section 4 (10), Article XV of Oregon Constitution. Limits biennial expenditures of <br /> board from federal funds and certain lottery funds. Limits biennial expenditures from fees, moneys <br /> or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds <br /> collected or received by board, for agency operations related to Oregon Plan. Directs board to <br /> establish by rule process for allocating available moneys in Restoration and Protection Subaccount <br /> HB 5074 3 Monitor of Parks and Natural Resources Fund. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2005. 2/17 <br /> Limits expenditures of lottery funds from Parks and Natural Resources Fund for capital <br /> expenditures by Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board for six-year period beginning July 1, <br /> HB 5075 3 Monitor 2005. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2005. 2/17 <br /> Urges Congress to extend Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 <br /> HJM 0001 2 Support ithrough federal fiscal year 2016 and to fund Act with mandatory, continuing appropriation. 3/09 <br /> Urges Congress to extend Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 <br /> HJM 000lA 2 Support through federal fiscal year 2016 and to fund Act with mandatory, continuing appropriation. 3/09 <br /> Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution to authorize use of revenues from taxes on motor <br /> vehicle fuel and on ownership and operation of motor vehicle by school districts for transportation <br /> of students. Refers proposed amendment to people for their approval or rejection at next regular <br /> H JR 0004 3 Oppose general election. 2/24 <br /> Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution to allow revenue from taxes on motor vehicle fuel <br /> and ownership and operation of motor vehicles to be used for policing of highways. Refers <br /> H JR 0005 2 Neut/Am proposed amendment to people for their approval or rejection at next regular general election. 3/09 <br /> Directs State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries to develop statewide seismic needs <br /> assessment. Specifies scope of assessment. Sunsets January 2, 2008. Declares emergency, <br /> SB 0002 3 Monitor effective on passage. 3/24 <br /> Requires Director of Office of Emergency Management to develop grant program for seismic <br /> rehabilitation of certain critical public buildings.
