2005 Legislative Session IGR Committee Bill Approval April 11, 2005 <br /> <br /> Provides tax credit for employers engaged in or preparing to engage in manufacture of water <br /> SB 0896 3 Oppose transit vessels. Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2006. 3/17 <br /> Declares statewide land use planning goals relating to transportation planning advisory only. <br /> Requires Land Conservation and Development Commission to consider impact of goals on <br /> SB 0897 2 Oppose economic development. 3/17 <br /> Creates crime of criminal mistreatment in first degree. Punishes by maximum of 10 years' <br /> ~mprisonment, $250,000 fine, or both. Reclassifies existing crimes of criminal mistreatment. <br /> Creates crime of endangering welfare of minor in first degree. Punishes by maximum of 20 years' <br /> imprisonment, $375,000 fine, or both. Expands definitions of 'abuse' and 'public or private official' <br /> for purposes of child abuse reporting laws. Requires health care providers to provide protected <br /> health information to law enforcement agencies and Department of Human Services under certain <br /> SB 0907 2 Support circumstances. 3/17 <br /> SB 0910 2 Support Expands list of places declared to be public nuisances subject to enjoinder and abatement. 3/17 <br /> Creates crime of dumping methamphetamine waste. Punishes by maximum of 20 years' <br /> SB 0911 3 Support imprisonment, $375,000 fine, or both. 3/17 <br /> Provides immunity under certain circumstances for person reporting possession of or transaction <br /> involving precursor substance. Creates crime of distribution of equipment, solvent, reagent or <br /> )recursor substance with intent to facilitate manufacture of controlled substance. Punishes by <br /> maximum of 10 years' imprisonment, $250,000 fine, or both. Creates crime of unlawful possession <br /> of lithium metal or sodium metal. Punishes by maximum of one year's imprisonment, $6,250 fine, <br /> or both. Expands crime of theft in first degree to include theft of precursor substances. Authorizes <br /> State Board of Pharmacy to adopt rules regulating sale or transfer of products containing <br /> ~seudoephedrine. Punishes failure to make, keep or forward records by one year's imprisonment, <br /> $6,250 fine, or both. Modifies recording requirements for transactions involving iodine in elemental <br /> form or iodine matrix. Increases punishment for failing to comply with recording requirements to <br /> maximum of one year's imprisonment, $6,250 fine, or both. Creates crime of unlawful distribution <br /> SB 0912 2 Support of iodine in elemental form. Punishes by maximum of one year's imprisonment, $6,250 fine, or both 3/09 <br /> <br /> <br />
