What are the current uses of those properties?

The largest 49.3 acre parcel is owned and operated by Pick and Pull, an auto
wrecking and used auto parts business. The 24.1 acres owned by Santa Fe Pacific
Pipeline Partner's is an operating fuel storage and distribution facility. The
remaining parcels are owned by Southern Pacific, with a use described as railroad
switching and marshalling.

5. The remaining 5 properties are totally within the proposed boundary of
the enterprise zone.
