The ayes and nays were called, all present voting aye, nay, none. The <br />Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 6679. <br /> <br />An Ordinance accepting and ratifying the acceptance of the bid of R W Stien <br />and A iN Stien for the construction of a sewer in the alley West of Jefferson <br />Street from 15th to 19th Avenue was read the first time and passed its second and <br />third readings by title by unanimous consent under suspension of the rule and was <br />placed on its final passage. The ayes and nays were called, all present voting <br />aye, nay, none. The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 6680. <br /> <br />An Ordinance appointing a new viewer,in lieu of J W Hobbs, who re~used to <br />qualify, in the proposed opening and extension of Almaden Street from 6th to 8th <br />Avenue, was read the first time and passed its second and third readings by title <br />b~ unanimous consent under suspension of the rule and was placed on its final <br />passage. The ayes and nays were called, all present voting aye, nay, nonei The <br />Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 6681. <br /> <br />An Ordinance to pave the approaches to the bridge on Charnelton Street acros <br />the Amazon Slough was read the first time and passed its second and third reading <br />by title by unanimous consent under suspension of the rule and was placed on its <br />final passage. The ayes and nays were called, all present voting aye, nay, none. <br />The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 6682. <br /> <br />An Ordinance apprOVing and adopting the plans and ppecifications of the City <br />Engineer for the'paving of the approaches to the bridge on Charnelton Street <br />across the Amazon ~lough was read the first time and passed its second and third <br />readings by title by unanimous consent under suspension of the rule and was <br />plaeed on its final passage. The ayes and nays were called, all present voting <br />aye, nay, none. The Ordinance was declared passed and numb,ered 6683. <br /> <br />An Ordinance to pave the alley between 12th and 13th Avenues and between <br />Oak and Pearl Streets was read the first time and passed its second and third <br />readings by title by unanimous consent under suspenSion of the rule and was <br />placed on its final passage.
