The ayes and nays were called, all present voting aye, nay, none. The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 6679. An Ordinance accepting and ratifying the acceptance of the bid of R W Stien and A iN Stien for the construction of a sewer in the alley West of Jefferson Street from 15th to 19th Avenue was read the first time and passed its second and third readings by title by unanimous consent under suspension of the rule and was placed on its final passage.
