The ayes and nays were called, all present voting aye, nay, none. The <br />Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 6679. <br /> <br />An Ordinance accepting and ratifying the acceptance of the bid of R W Stien <br />and A iN Stien for the construction of a sewer in the alley West of Jefferson <br />Street from 15th to 19th Avenue was read the first time and passed its second and <br />third readings by title by unanimous consent under suspension of the rule and was <br />placed on its final passage.
