<br />thereof, repaaling all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflic.t herewith,

<br />third readings by title by unanimous.consent under suspension of the rule, and was

<br />WHEREAS, J. M. Murray and the Southern Pacific Co. have made application
<br />for the gran ting of a franchise for the construction ot' a railway track on the
<br />South side of 5t;h Avenue, and have filed a proposed ordinance and blue print there-

<br />NOW THEIlliFORE, be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of Eugene
<br />that the considera tion of said franchise elhall be heard by the Common Counci'l, on
<br />Monday, April 8" at 7:00 o'clock P~ M., and that the City Recorder is hereby
<br />directed to give due notice thereof by publication as bU law provided.
