A Resolution tor the opening of portions of 20th Avenue and High Streets was read and motion made, seconded, and carl'ied to adopt the same. RESOLUTION FOR TIlE OPENING OF PORTIONS OF 20TH AVENUE AND HIGH STREET RESOLVED: That the Common Council of the City of ~ugene, Oregon, deems it expedient and necessary .to open, lay out, and establish the following described portions, of 20th Avenue~East and High Street in the Uity of ~ugene, Oregon, to-wit Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 15, Driverton Addition to Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and running thence West 854 feet to the most easterly corner of Lot C Teshners Addi ti on to l!;ugene, Lane Count.>r, Oregon, running thence North 82 degrees and 54 minutes East to the South lihe of Lot 17, Block 7, Teshner s 1 ~
