<br />Avenue in the 'City 01' ~gene, and to mark the boundaries 01' said proposed open-

<br />ing by sui tablE, monuments upon the ground, and to make a pla tor the same and a

<br />written report containing a full and comolete description of said proposed open-

<br />ing and the boundaries there01' and the portions of each lot or tract 01' land
