<br /> I representing the Nepage McKenny Co., and Mr. Boyd, repl"'esentiing the Westing-
<br /> house Electric Manufacturing Co., a motion was made and seconded that the
<br /> Council rescind, its action of' June 24 th , 1929, awarding the contract to NePage
<br /> I lvlcKenny Co. on ,proposal No. G8, calling for post No.5, being the Westinghouse
<br /> Electric Manufa.cturing Co. Hollowspun Granite post on the total bid or $8,699.00,
<br /> II and tha t the Council avvard the con trac t to said NePage Mc~enny Co., at this tire ,
