The ayes and nays were calted, all Councilmen voting aye, nay, none. The Ordinance VlaS declared passed, and numbered 7551. An Ordinance approving and adopting the plans and specifications of the City Engineer for the improvement of the alley between 8th Avenue and East Broadway from High Street to the alley East o~ High Street, by paving the same with concrete paving, was read and passed its second and third readings by unanimous consent under suspension of the rule and was placed upon its ~inal passage.
