<br /> Charnelton Street, thence North on Charnelton Street to the North line of Broadway,
<br /> thence East on Broadway to the East line of Olive Street, thence South on Olive
<br /> Street to and including the 10th Avenue intersection, in the City of Eugene, Lane
<br /> Coun ty, Oregon, was read the :first time and laid over.
