<br /> to di scharge the du ties assigned to them of said September 6, 1929,
<br /> And Whe rea s, due no ti ce was gi ven by the City Recorder to each of the
<br /> I property owners whose property was proposed to be appropia ted by mailing postpaid

<br /> I and depositing at the General Post office at Eugene, Oregon, a copy of a notice

<br /> sion of said street and the amount of damages sustained by the reason of the

<br /> II And Whereas, said report of said viewers was duly adopted by the Common
<br /> II Counci 1 of the Ci ty of Eugene, by ordinance No. 7593, passe1i and approved on

<br /> And Whereas, more than twenty days has expired since the said adoption of
<br /> said viewers report,
<br /> And Whe re as, no appeal has been taken within said period of said 20 days,

<br /> name of E. E. Jepsen and Sarah Stoner is the sum of $125.50, and that the property
<br /> in the name of Marche Dahl benefitted by the opening of such street is 'benefitted
