<br />County, as to the property of H. J. and Hattie E. Manley and as to the property
<br />of Chas. A. and Bertha D. Mouse,

<br />has been dismissed, and it further appearing that the owners, R. M. and Lena
<br />Miller, has executed a deed to the Ci ty to their portion of said property taken

<br />gards to the assessment for the sewer through his property, but it appeared that
<br />there was no j\1.rther action to be taken in the matter.
