<br />Blair Blvd., in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.

<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene 'by resolution duly adopt-
<br />ed June 8th, 1925, determined to open, layout, and establish Van Buren Street
<br />from Third Avenue to Blair Blvd. in Eugene, Oregon,
<br />And Whereas, the report and plat of the City Engineer for the opening of
<br />said street was duly made and filed and duly adopted by the City Council by Ord-
<br />inance No. 5072, passed and approved Septelnber 2:8th, 1925,
<br />And Whereas, the V iewe rs duly appoin ted by said Ordinance No. 5072 made
<br />and filed a report of their findings of benefits and damages to the property bene-
<br />fi tted, and the property damaged by the opening of said street,
<br />And Whereas, due notice of the consideration of said l'eport was given and
<br />thereafter said report was duly adopted 'by Ordinance No. 5203, passed and approved
