Hays amounted to $500.00, and there were no <br />benefits, <br /> <br />And Whereas, the City of Eugene paid to Florence A. Hays the excess of <br />damages over benefits by General Fund Warrant No. 27968, in the sum of $500.00, <br />And Whereas, there was no further obj ections to said report of viewers, <br /> <br />and the time for appeal from the said viewer's report has long since expired, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Common Council of the Ci ty of Eugene that <br />the following described property, being the property described in said Engineer's <br /> <br />report and in said viewer's report, towit: <br /> <br />Florence A.
