<br /> and whereas the Ci ty holds no liens against the property hereinafter described
<br /> I except delinCluent taxes, and
<br /> WHEREAS , the Western Loan and BuildiI~ Co., a corporation, is the owner of
<br /> sai d property ,and have paid to the City of Eugene the sum of $19.43 in full of all
<br /> delinquent taxe s due the City,
<br /> Now, The ref ore , be it resolved that the City of Eugene convey the follow-
<br /> ing pI' ope rty to the Western Loan and Building Co., a cor,poration, and that the Mayor
