<br />r52 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />[ <br />,> 1 <br />:.,fj <br /> <br />---_._.-.__._--~--- -------~-----_._-_._- _._---- <br />- --,- .' ~ . - - -- .." - --. ---. <br /> <br />inte~im Powel' and Light bonds which in the interests of economy and good manageme t the <br />Water Board a.esires to call as of June 1, 1931, and for the purpose of refunding <br />such bonds desires to issue $400,000.00 of the regular 5 per cent interest limit <br />Power and Light bonds, which refunding bonds should be adve'rtised and sold in <br />sufficient time to permit the paying of the interim power and light bonds as they <br />shall be presented pursuant to call. <br />It is Therefore Resolved by the Eugene Water Board in regular meeting assem led <br />that application be and the same is hereby made to the Common Council of the City <br />of 'Eugene that there be forthwith issued $400,000.00 of the original authorizatio <br />Power and Light bonds, and that bids be called for, for the sale of said bonds <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />upon a serial schedule as set up in the notice of sale which accompanies this <br />resolution by an amortized series of maturities co~nencing on April 1, 1938, and <br /> <br />terminating on ~ 1, 1957. <br />The Secretary of the Eugene Water Board is hereby directed to instantly <br />transmit to the Common Council of the City of Eugene a copy of this Resolution as <br />an application of the Eugene Water Board for an issuance of $400,000.-00 Power <br />and Light bonlis of the City of Eugene as refunding bonds for $400,000.00 of inter m <br />power and light b6nds which are to be called and payment made June 1, 1931. <br />The foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the Eugene Water Board at its <br />regular meeting held on Monday, March 9,1931, at 7:30 o'clock P. M., and a copy <br /> <br />^ <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ordered transmitted to the Hon. The ayes and nayS were <br />called, all present voting aye, nay, none, absent Zumwalt. The Ordinance was de- <br />clared passed and numbered 8032. <br /> <br />On motion the Council adjourned to meet at 7:30 o'clock P.
