Franzen, Secretary <br />of' the League of Oregon Municipalities, were refel'red to the City Attorney and <br />Judiciary 'Committee. <br /> <br />City At,torney Calkins asked the advise of the Council with refer,ence to <br />the defense in the Carter damage sui t, and the 'JudiciarJ- Committee', Mayor Large, <br />and City Recorder were" instructed to advise with him, and Mr. Calkins authorized <br />to proceed upon ,their advise. <br /> <br />..~ <br />;,;~ <br /> <br />, ,4 r, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />On recommendation of Dr. Simon, Chairman of the Police Committee, the <br />Recorder was directed to order $10.00 worth of ammunition for target practice by <br />the Police Department. <br /> <br />On motion the Council adjourned. <br /> <br />1.(.
