The <br /> ayes and nays were called, all councilmen voting aye, nay, none, absent Simon and <br /> J one s. The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 8312. <br /> An Ordinance regulating the keeping of bees within the City Limits was <br /> read the first time and laid over. <br /> On motion the Finance Committee were authorized to act with the City <br /> Recorder in the matter of purchasing at any delinquent tax sale which may be <br /> necessary to protect the City's title to al~ city property where liens are held. <br />. An Ordinance fixing the form and denominations or bonds in the issue <br /> of rfwenty-one Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($21,500.00) Sewer Bonds, 1926, author <br /> ized by Ordinance No. 8308, was read the first time, and passed its second and <br /> third reading by title by unanimous consent-under suspension of the rule, and was <br /> placed on its final passage. The ayes and nays were called, all Councilmen voting <br /> aye,. nay, none, absent; Simon and Jones. The Ordinance was declared passed and <br /> numbered 8313. <br /> . On motion the Gouncil adj ourned to meet on September 26th, 1932, at <br /> 7:30 o'clock P. M. <br /> I R. S.
