Oscar Hansen, who is expecting to operate a dairy plant, thought the <br />Council should change the di stribut,or r s license to enable him to pay fo~ a pro <br />rata amount of the annual license instead of a full calendar years license. This <br />matter was referred to the Health Committee. <br /> <br />The Finance Commi ttee, by Chairman Hende~shot t, reporte d the' following <br />bills fo~ payment and, rec ommended tha t ,they be pai d.
