<br /> the East side of Charnelton Street between 17th Street and the alley in the City
<br /> of Eugene, Oregon, abut.ting upon the North 41t feet of t,he flest half of Lot 4,
<br /> Block 16, Hend,rick' s Amended Addi ti on to the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon,
<br /> I and the West half of Lot 4, and the Harth 23 feet of the West half of Lot 5, all
<br /> in Block 16, of Hendrick's Amended Addition to the City of Eugene, Lane County,
<br /> Oregon, except the North 41t feet of the west half of Lot 4 in said Block, and I
<br /> fixing a time and place for the hearing of objections and directing the giving of
<br /> notices was read the first time, and passed its second and third readings by un-
<br /> animous consent under suspension of the rule and was placed upon its final passage

<br /> further consideration of this ordinance was deferred until the next Council meetin .
