Council was called to order by Mayor Large with all <br /> ~.:1 <br /> '--'11 Councilmen present except Mr. Scobert. <br /> l Minutes of the regular meeting of June 12, 1933, and the adjourned meeting of <br /> June 26th were read and approved. <br /> . <br /> A request of W. N. Keena to install a gas pump at the curb at 1545 West 11th <br /> Avenue, was referred to the Fire and Water Committee. <br /> Mr. Baily of the Anchorage Swimming Pool reported that samples of water from <br /> I the MuniCipal Swimming Pool had been analyzed by the Health Board showing a high <br /> percent of B.-Coli. Councilman Zumwalt moved that the Recorder request the Board <br /> of Health to make an examination of the water conditions of the swimming pool in .: <br /> the City, and also that the City Health Officer be requested to report on these <br /> condi tions. <br /> I The Judiciary Committee and City Attorney reported that the Electrical <br /> i Ordinance was in form for passage by the Council, but that it should be read and <br /> I an opportunity given to dealers to examine it before passage. <br /> I <br /> The Judiciary Committee expressed a favorable attitude toward the receiving <br /> I of City Bonds in payment of delinquent assessments, and asked that the matter be <br /> referred back to them, and the Finance Committee, City Attorney, and Recorder <br /> I draft an ordinance for the next Council meeting. <br /> I Chairman Hendershott of the Finance Committee reported the following bills to <br /> I <br /> the Council with recommendation that they be allowed, and motion was made ,and <br /> l seconded that warrants be drawn for same.
