The ayes and nays were called, C9uncilmen voting aye s~x, nay none, <br /> absent Edwards and Simon. The_Ordinance was declared pas~ed and numbered 8373. <br /> An Ordinance approving and adopting the plans and specifications of the City <br /> Engineer for the improvement of Sixth Avenue West from the center line of Blair <br /> Boulevard to the center line of Willamette Street, by resurfacing the pavement by <br /> surfacing it wit~ 1 inch of asphalt pavement, in the City of 1u~ne, was read the <br /> fir st time, and passed its second and third readings by ti tIe under suspensi on of <br /> the rule by the unanimous consent of the Council, and was placed upon its final <br /> p,as sage. The ayes and nays were called, Councilmen voting aye six, nay none, absen <br /> Edwards and Simon.
