Terry at 92 <br /> <br />Madison Street, Eugene, Oregon, the owner of said property, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I' <br />Ii <br />II <br />! <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />Ii <br />,I <br />II <br />II <br />j <br />I <br />, <br /> <br />notice of the time, place and purpos~ of said hearing, and <br />that at said time and place the Council 'shall de termine by <br /> <br />Resolution whether or not said building is dangerous. <br /> <br />In <br /> <br />addition thereto, the City Recorder shall give ten days notice <br />of such hearing in the Eugene 1\Iorning News, a newspaper published <br />in Eugene, Lane Count~, Oregon and by posting notices thereof in <br /> <br />I, <br /> <br />three public places in said City of Eugene. <br /> <br />The City Attorney, Chairman of the Health Committee, and the Chief of Police <br />filed reports declaring that the building located at 293 Monroe Street was <br />1 dangerous, and recommended to the City that it be condemned under Ordinance No. <br />lj 8292.
